VIENNA, 11 March (UN Information Service) - Dignitaries from all over the world arrive in Vienna this week to attend the High-Level Review of the world drug problem starting Thursday, 13 March.

"I look forward to this important meeting of Member States on the world drug problem. The two-day event begins with an opening and general debate at 09:30 on 13 March and brings together around 1,500 high-ranking individuals from Member States, inter-governmental organizations, civil society, and the media.
