The
Joint Danube Survey 2, under the leadership of the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR), is possibly the world's biggest river research expedition ever, covering the entire river stretch from Germany to the Danube Delta.
The findings of the survey, which indicate that the Danube and its tributaries are becoming cleaner as the cooperation among Danube countries to reduce pollution is bringing positive results, will be announced at the press briefing.
